He answered the call whenever and wherever help was needed.
Beyond the firehouse, Carl was a pillar of the local business community. He applied the same work ethic and dedication to his professional endeavors as he did to his service. He was a dealer at Longhorn Steel Structures, the owner of C & C Portable Buildings in White Oak, and an authorized dealer for Old Hickory Buildings & Sheds. Through these roles, he helped build and strengthen the very community he served, providing quality structures and reliable service to his customers.
Carl Yonge’s legacy is one of unwavering dedication. He built structures with his hands and safeguarded lives with his courage. His sudden passing leaves a void that will be deeply felt by his family, his fellow firefighters, his business associates, and all who were fortunate enough to know him.
